Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Jalna. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with company guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining employee records, addressing workplace concerns, coordinating recruitment, and supporting organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and proficiency in HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and expertise in implementing HR Policies
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience or education in Human Resources, such as a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in the automobile or dealership industry is an added advantage
