Human Resources Executive

About the role

A 360° HR professional will manage the entire employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and other admin tasks. This role ensures smooth HR operations, fosters a positive work culture, and aligns people strategies with business goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle both strategic and operational HR functions effectively.

1.Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Conduct end-to-end hiring: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs.

• Employee Engagement & Relations

• Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and feedback sessions.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work culture.

• Performance Management

• Implement appraisal systems, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
• Facilitate training and development programs.

• HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
• Draft and update HR policies in line with labour laws.

• Exit Management

• Conduct exit interviews, process full & final settlements, and analyze attrition trends.

2.Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR best practices.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

3. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Recruitment or full-cycle HR role.
• Candidates from Architecture, Design & Build firm or Real Estate firms are preferred but not a mandate.
