• Script & Direct: Create scroll-stopping short-form content / scripts that hits the sweet spot between playful and powerful.
• Build Characters: Source and shape on-screen personalities that bring our brand universe to life.
• Creative Direction: Work hand-in-hand with video editors, designers, and the founder to bring bold ideas to life.
• Experiment & Play: Try new formats, jump on trends, and create IPs that spark curiosity and conversations.
• Stay Grounded (Literally): Be on the floor in Bangalore, brainstorming, shooting, laughing, and creating every day.
