Job Description

1.Content planning

  • Conduct keyword research and trend analysis to identify high-performing topics and titles.
  • Define content calendars — when and what type of content should be published (blogs, web copy, social media posts, campaigns).
  • Experience writing scripts for podcasts, video content, and product explainers.
  • Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content strategies (Meta, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn).

2.Content Creation

  • Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram, and Reels (bonus if you’ve managed or created content for your own channels).
  • Ability to repurpose content into multiple formats (e.g., blogs → reels, podcasts → blogs)
  • Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized blogs, articles, web copy, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
  • Edit and proofread content with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and brand tone.
  • Develop

    short-form and long-form video scripts

    , voiceover content, and storyboards.

3.Collaboration

  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Work closely with designers to align content with visuals for posts, creatives, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing teams to create

    conversion-focused content

    for ads.
  • Ability to manage external freelancers or agencies (writers, editors, videographers) if needed.

4. Research

  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to guide content decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Use analytics tools to

    measure content performance

    and optimize strategies.
  • A/B test headlines, captions, and content types to improve engagement and conversions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Writer / Content Strategist / Copywriter / Content Creator.
  • Strong research, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent command of English language and narrative techniques.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, etc.).
  • Ability to plan, execute, and analyze content campaigns end-to-end.
  • Creative mindset with an understanding of what drives clicks, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborative spirit — comfortable working with designers, marketers, and product teams.
  • Experience in

    personal branding content, influencer-style content, or UGC (user-generated content)
