conversion strategist
Head of Content & Conversion Intelligence
Your job:
Build the most effective listing optimization system in the industry — and lead the people, process, and AI that make it scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Ownership
- Lead, mentor, and QA a cross-functional content team (copywriters, designers, and media specialists).
- Define and enforce Adverio’s content standards, ensuring all listings meet or exceed our Listing Quality Score (LQS) and CRO benchmarks.
- Translate creative insights into structured SOPs that can be trained, tracked, and automated.
- Partner with leadership on forecasting capacity and prioritizing high-ROI optimization projects.
CRO & Strategic Integration
- Collaborate with the Catalog and Ads Strategy teams to tie creative decisions to measurable conversion improvements.
- Translate audit findings into actionable creative hypotheses and oversee A/B test execution.
- Develop repeatable frameworks for listing analysis, hypothesis testing, and iteration.
- Present learnings monthly to leadership with “what we tested, what we learned, and what’s next.”
Content & Media Optimization
- Own the creative logic for all Amazon listings — from titles and bullets to infographics and videos.
- Direct the creative team to design assets that sell: high CTR main images, emotionally resonant infographics, and compliant product visuals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify high-performing creative patterns and adapt them to Adverio’s client base.
- Partner with our Dev and AI teams to test image recognition, sentiment scoring, and keyword alignment tools.
AI & Audit System Collaboration
- Collaborate with the Dev/Automation team to improve AI-assisted audit tools that score and optimize listings.
- Define new variables for Copy, Offer, Media, and Review in the LQS system and maintain variable weighting.
- Lead QA and labeling initiatives for AI model training.
- Identify opportunities for generative AI in copy creation, A/B analysis, and asset audits.
Measurement & Reporting
- Own content performance outcomes — not just delivery speed.
- Track and report pre/post optimization metrics (CTR, CVR, sessions, and sales lift).
- Maintain a “before/after” case study log to quantify creative ROI.
- Support Revenue Impact Modeling by documenting listing and offer changes.
Infrastructure & Process Development
- Build and maintain a centralized content taxonomy and template library.
- Develop scalable documentation that integrates with BI dashboards and CRO systems.
- Work with Ops and Dev teams to ensure audit workflows, content versioning, and QA checkpoints are automated and accessible.

2 documented A/B learnings per month

Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Amazon SEO and listing optimization experience, ideally in a high-volume agency or aggregator.
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and integrate cross-functional feedback loops.
- Hands-on A/B testing experience with Amazon Experiments (titles, A+, pricing, images).
