As we scale, we are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our client acquisition efforts, own revenue growth, and expand our global footprint. What You’ll Own: Lead new client acquisition across India, US, Europe, and SEA markets. Own the end-to-end sales process — from lead to closure. Craft and pitch custom hiring solutions (retained, RPO, executive search). Build and manage key relationships with CXOs, Founders, and Talent Leaders . Collaborate with recruiters to ensure seamless delivery and client success . Develop sales playbooks, pricing strategies, and growth partnerships. Represent Talhive at relevant industry events and forums. What We’re Looking For: 7+ years in business development or sales in recruitment or talent-tech . Proven experience in closing large recruitment deals or retainers . Our deals typical range 30k-50k USD A strong personal network within tech/startup/VC-backed/enterprise circles . Consultative, strategic mindset with excellent communication skills. Independent and proactive — you can lead without micromanagement.
