What You’ll Own:

• Lead new client acquisition across

  India, US, Europe, and SEA

  markets.
• Own the

  end-to-end sales process

  — from lead to closure.
• Craft and pitch

  custom hiring solutions

  (retained, RPO, executive search).
• Build and manage key relationships with

  CXOs, Founders, and Talent Leaders

  .
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure

  seamless delivery and client success

  .
• Develop sales playbooks, pricing strategies, and growth partnerships.
• Represent Talhive at relevant industry events and forums.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in

  business development or sales in recruitment or talent-tech

  .
• Proven experience in

  closing large recruitment deals or retainers

  . Our deals typical range 30k-50k USD
• A strong personal network within

  tech/startup/VC-backed/enterprise circles

  .
• Consultative, strategic mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Independent and proactive — you can lead without micromanagement.
• Track record of

  owning revenue growth

  in fast-paced environments.
