Role Overview: You will be responsible for customer acquisition and market expansion by identifying potential customers, managing customer portfolios, driving revenue growth, leading negotiations, and providing technical and commercial insights to optimize procurement. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations for smooth cross-border transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers by scouting databases, analyzing industry trends, and engaging with trade bodies. - Manage a portfolio of 30-50 customers, focusing on relationship growth and account retention. - Drive revenue growth through high-impact sales strategies in multiple industries. - Lead negotiations and close high-value deals aligned with business objectives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts. - Provide technical and commercial insights to customers for procurement optimization. - Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions for different industries. - Ensure compliance with international trade laws, import/export regulations, and taxation policies in Europe and the US. - Adhere to logistics, customs duties, and supply chain best practices for seamless cross-border transactions. Qualifications Required: - Engineering degree is mandatory; an MBA is desirable. - Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B industrial sales in mass markets. - Experience in 3 to 5 companies across different product categories. - Demonstrated multi-region sales experience in Europe and the US across diverse industries.
