What You Will Work On

• Build & scale microservices and backend platforms
• Design APIs & system components with high throughput and low latency
• Implement distributed systems fundamentals: rate limiting, retries, back-pressure, circuit breakers, caching, async queueing
• Work with SQL/NoSQL storage, indexing, partition strategies & schema design
• Optimise performance across CPU, memory, DB queries & network calls
• Break large problems into modules, own services end-to-end
• Build systems with observability, monitoring, logging & fault tolerance
• Mentor, lead design reviews, influence architecture

What We Are Looking in you:

• Excellent coding foundations (DSA, concurrency, design patterns)
• Deep backend development experience: real system building,

  not patching

• Hands-on ability to write clean, performant, production-grade code
• Hands-on creating distributed systems & scaling methods
• Hands-on with micro-services architecture & asynchronous workflows
• Ability to debug beyond logs: DB, network, throughput, memory, timeouts
