Job Description

Business Development Director – Energy / Oil & Gas

Location:

We are looking for a senior Business Development leader to drive growth for our precision components, assemblies, and turnkey solutions business within the Energy & Oil & Gas sector.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic growth initiatives and scale revenue significantly over the next 3–4 years.

• Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with OEMs & Tier-1 clients.

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.

• Partner closely with engineering & manufacturing teams to deliver customised technical solutions.

• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure delivery excellence through cross-functional coordination.

• Represent the organisation at industry forums and strengthen brand presence.


Requirements:

• 15–20 years of BD experience in Energy / Oil & Gas, with strong technical understanding of CNC machining, assemblies, and precision manufacturing.

• Proven ability to achieve aggressive revenue targets.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Engineering degree required; MBA preferred.

• Experience working with global clients is an advantage.
