- Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
- Define and execute a cohesive global brand strategy that positions the company as a trusted, science-backed partner in the herbal and nutraceutical space.
- Enhance brand visibility and recall in key international markets.
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all packaging, product assets, and digital platforms.
- Design targeted B2B campaigns for formulators, manufacturers, distributors, and brand owners worldwide.
- Manage end-to-end product marketing including market research, competitive benchmarking, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support the sales and business development teams with high-quality product brochures, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Lead planning and execution of global exhibitions and trade shows (e.g., Vitafoods, SupplySide West, FI Europe/Asia).
- Oversee booth design, marketing materials, and lead generation strategies.
- Measure event ROI and continuously improve future participation through data-driven insights.
- Manage all internal and external corporate communications.
- Create impactful thought leadership content, press releases, newsletters, and presentations.
- Develop and maintain media relationships to amplify the company's global voice.
- Lead content strategies across website, LinkedIn, newsletters, and B2B platforms.
- Increase engagement through compelling storytelling, product education, and brand narratives.
- Optimize SEO and digital visibility to drive qualified inbound leads.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Define key performance indicators, allocate budgets, and ensure timely execution of all initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, and Regulatory teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA in Marketing or a Master's in Life Sciences with a specialization in Marketing.
- 10-15 years of progressive B2B marketing experience in nutraceuticals, herbal extracts, or pharmaceuticals.
- Proven success in international brand building, product launches, and trade show execution.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and buyer behavior in the natural ingredients industry.
