As Head IT, you will play a crucial role in driving the technology strategy of the company, focusing on introducing automation and digital solutions to enhance banking services. Establishing robust data analytics practices and cybersecurity frameworks will also be part of your key responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MCA - Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role within the banking industry - Proven track record of successfully implementing automation and digitization initiatives - Familiarity with banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements - Demonstrated expertise in managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity - Excellent execution and problem-solving abilities The company expects you to develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements, ensuring that the IT roadmap supports future growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
