Job Summary:
SAVA Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and visionary IT Head to lead our IT strategy and operations. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the company s IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI and SAP to enhance business processes and decision-making. This role will be based at our Corporate Office in Pune and will manage a team of IT professionals across IT infrastructure, AI, and SAP domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the company s IT strategy in alignment with SAVA Healthcare s business goals.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the healthcare industry.
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure IT infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all IT systems and networks.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
AI and Data Analytics:
- Lead the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes and decision-making.
- Establish a robust data governance framework to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
SAP Ecosystem Management:
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP systems to support business operations.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Drive continuous improvement of SAP processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team across IT infrastructure, AI, and SAP domains.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT organization.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the skills and tools needed to deliver on strategic objectives.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
- Develop and implement robust IT security policies and procedures to protect company assets and data.
- Proactively identify and mitigate IT-related risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, AI/ML technologies, and SAP ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and technology requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation and deliver measurable business outcomes.
