About the Job


The role exists to design and deploy the roadmap to build a future ready workforce with the right organization and inspired culture. The role incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of HRBPs for successful implementation of the HR Excellence Delivery roadmap (End-end employee lifecycle). The role will act as an enabler to the business and ensure alignment of people's agenda to achieve strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities


Organization Design-

  • Design and deploy the people and culture framework aligned to business goals
  • Design and deploy organization design to become agile and productive
  • Identify opportunities to increase org effectiveness by org restructuring
  • Build and deploy the ABP Plan for the financial year
  • Deploy the role based organization framework
  • Attracting the right talent at the right cost.


Talent Management & Development-

  • Identification of critical roles
  • Implementation of 9 box categorization to identify HiPos
  • Build and deploy a succession plan for critical roles
  • Works closely with senior leadership to provide strategic input on the talent roadmap.


Build Capability-

  • Mapping functional and leadership competencies aligned to unique roles
  • Create and deploy tiered leadership programs
  • Implementation of IDPs.


HR Transformation-

  • Define the vision for HR Transformation and create a roadmap for HR Delivery Model
  • Design and Drive people analytics
  • Digitization of People processes
  • Deliver a high performance diverse culture fostering agility, collaboration, innovation and entrepreneurial skills; Culture building
  • Drive and manage organizational change management and culture development initiatives that support the business in its innovation and growth objectives
  • Deployment of Employee Value Proposition to attract right talent
  • Deployment of Hero Values across business
  • Build and deploy governance framework to drive employee engagement across business
  • Implementation of DE&I agenda in all HR Processes.


Relevant Experience


15-20 years of experience in people function leadership and management, with expertise in Organizational Design, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Change Management.


Academic Qualification

  • PGDM /MBA -HR


Technical Knowledge


  • Extensive knowledge of HR Policies & Systems
  • Analytical Capabilities
  • Strong Business Acumen & Influencing skills
  • Change Management skills
  • Coaching & Mentoring
  • Knowledge of Labour laws and regulations
