About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head HR professional to ensure smooth execution of HR operations, performance management, talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, and to enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for front-line and corporate roles
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation for all new hires
• Assist in performance management, including KRA and KPI tracking
• Maintain and update HR databases and dashboards
• Manage attendance, leave, and assist in payroll processing
• Ensure statutory and labor law compliance (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, labor licenses, Trade License, etc.)
• Assist in audits, documentation, and compliance record-keeping
• Drive employee engagement activities
• Coordinate exit processes and smooth offboarding
• Support the development and regular updating of HR policies
