Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sasan-Gir for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage menu creation, ensure food quality and presentation, and lead culinary staff. Responsibilities also include maintaining health and safety standards, managing inventory, and controlling kitchen costs. Collaborative and leadership skills are essential, as the Head Chef will work closely with the management team to enhance dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven culinary skills and experience in menu creation and food presentation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and inventory management
• Experience in budgeting and cost control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts
• Previous experience in a high-end hotel or resort is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications
