Job Summary – Head Chef

We are hiring a Head Chef to manage and lead kitchen operations in our café. This role is not just about cooking — it’s about building systems. The Chef will be responsible for menu development, recipe standardization, and creating SOPs to ensure consistent quality, speed, hygiene, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and launch new café-style menu items
• Standardize recipes, portions, and presentation
• Create and implement kitchen SOPs (prep, cooking, hygiene, storage, wastage)
• Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and prep planning
• Control food cost, raw material usage, and wastage
• Ensure hygiene and FSSAI compliance
• Train kitchen staff on recipes and SOPs
• Work with management on menu pricing and improvements
