HCM Technical Job Description : Practitioner/expert level knowledge in at least 2 of the following tools: HDL, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, REST Web services, Fast Formula In depth knowledge in at least two of HCM Cloud Modules: Core HR Absences Benefits Payroll Workforce Compensation OTL Taleo OLC Oracle recruit. Cloud -certification will be an advantage Very good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills. Direct client interaction experience will be an advantage. Job summary We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM modules and a strong background in Sales and Operations Planning. This role involves leveraging technical skills to optimize HR processes and contribute to the companys strategic goals. Qualifications Possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements. Demonstrate proficiency in Fusion HCM Extracts and OC HCM Fun-Core HR. Have hands-on experience with OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula and Oracle Cloud HCM - OTBI/OBIEE. Show expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM - Absence Management Benefits and Compensation. Be knowledgeable in Oracle Cloud HCM - HR Helpdesk and Payroll. Nice to have experience with Oracle Cloud HCM BPM Workflow and Security. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM-Global HR is a plus.
