Demonstrates extensive knowledge and a proven record of sales professionalism, specializing in understanding all functional and technical aspects of a product/solution and explaining them to potential clients.
- Shows intimate abilities and a proven record of consulting on solution development and articulating solution features to customers during live demonstrations, including the following areas:
- Part of a team of solution architects to support pursuits and exceed our revenue targets
- 50% to 70% pre-sales and the remainder on project delivery, especially during the discovery/assessment stage
- Lead solutioning as part of pursuit activities, including:
- Identification and definition of the vision statement
- Defining in-scope business capabilities
- Defining/validating various architectures such as process, application, integration, analytics, security, infrastructure/cloud, etc.
- Validating L1-L5 processes, work packages, RICEFW, etc.
- Detailing engagement scope, activities, staffing/resource plan, assumptions, effort estimation, etc.
- Defining roadmap, phases, milestones, and aligning with client objectives and vision
- Working with customers and solution engineers to ensure the solution meets business requirements
- Supporting AC and engagement teams in online/in-person pursuit efforts and delivering proposed solutions to customers
- Understanding all Sales & Marketing materials that exist
- Coordinating with account teams and client stakeholders to set expectations for data needed from them, procuring that data, and loading it into systems (where applicable) as part of client onboarding processes
- Collaborating with sector engagement teams to understand new features and functionality that could drive future Activation needs
- Utilizing program and project management skills and the ability to self-direct work
- Collaborating with other competencies as required to ensure the solution is holistic in all aspects
- Highlighting and calling out risks in the resource model, if any.
**SAP Knowledge:**
- SAP Finance/Record to Report (FI, CO, AA, AR, AP, PS, Cash, SAP Operations/Plan to Produce (PP, MM, PM, QM, PS, EWM, Bank GR, SAC)
- TM, Ariba
- SAP Supply Chain (IBP, APO, SD, CS)
- BTP Integration: SAP Cloud Integration, API Management, Event Mesh, knowledge of A2A, B2B, B2C integration patterns and use case
