Position Overview


UPVC Valves Sales Manager


This role requires a self-driven professional who can develop dealer networks, manage key accounts, drive revenue growth, and strengthen the brand’s presence in the region.




Key Responsibilities



1. Sales & Revenue Growth


  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for UPVC valves and fittings.
  • Prepare and execute regional sales strategies tailored to Delhi NCR and North India.
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry segments (HVAC, plumbing, pools, agriculture, industrial applications).



2. Dealer & Distributor Management


  • Appoint and manage channel partners across North India.
  • Ensure strong relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and project consultants.
  • Conduct regular visits, training sessions, and product demonstrations.



3. Key Account & Project Sales


  • Engage with plumbing contractors, MEP consultants, builders, EPC companies, swimming pool contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on tenders and project pipelines.
  • Secure approvals for products in consultant BOQs and government/private sector projects.



4. Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge


  • Provide technical support and guidance on UPVC valves, PP valves, pipe systems, and installation methodologies.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical workshops, and troubleshooting for clients.



5. Market Intelligence


  • Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand.
  • Provide monthly reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.



6. CRM, Reporting & Administration


  • Maintain accurate sales records, client databases, and CRM updates.
  • Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports to management.




Desired Candidate Profile



Education


  • Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related engineering field (preferred).
  • Graduates with strong valve industry experience may also apply.



Experience


  • 3–7+ years

    of experience in selling UPVC/CPVC/PP valves, fittings, piping systems, or industrial plumbing products.
  • Strong experience working with channel partners and project sales in North India.
  • Experience in plumbing, water treatment, irrigation, swimming pool solutions, or industrial supplies is an added advantage.



Skills Required


  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Technical understanding of valve mechanisms and application areas.
  • Ability to manage large territories and travel extensively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented mindset.
