Job Description

We are looking for skilled Guest Service Associates and Supervisors to join our team at Copper Leaf Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in providing exceptional guest experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Supervise and train hotel staff on excellent customer service techniques.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all guest-facing interactions.
Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements to hotel operations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest service or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is required.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
