Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team at Hyatt Place, responsible for providing exceptional service in Food & Beverage and Housekeeping. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
Manage food and beverage services, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
