Guest Service Associate- Housekeeping

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience and be able to provide exceptional guest service.

• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including inventory management and staff supervision.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to maintain high levels of hygiene and safety.
• Train and guide new staff members on housekeeping procedures and best practices.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols, with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work independently.
