Guest Service Associate- Housekeeping

As a Guest Environment Expert at our hotel, your role goes beyond just providing guests with a clean room and a comfortable bed. We aim to create a memorable and unique experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of housekeeping functions to ensure the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. You will have the autonomy to move around the space and attend to various tasks such as fulfilling guest requests, restocking carts, cleaning rooms and public areas, and more, all to enhance the overall guest experience. Regardless of your specific position within the team, certain key factors will contribute to your success. These include maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, respecting confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting yourself in a professional manner through your uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Environment Experts are expected to be physically active, spending time on their feet and engaging in hands-on tasks like lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Performing these duties effectively, along with other reasonable job responsibilities as assigned, is crucial for ensuring exceptional service for our guests and the success of our business.
