Director of Sales

As the Sales Manager, you will lead and manage all day-to-day activities related to the sales function, focusing on establishing long-term, value-based customer relationships to achieve property sales objectives. It is essential to achieve personal booking goals and provide recommendations on booking goals for direct reports. To qualify for this role, you should hold a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major, along with at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area. Alternatively, a 4-year bachelor's degree in the same fields with a minimum of 1 year of experience will also be considered. Your core work activities will include supporting the development and execution of sales strategies in collaboration with the sales leader and management team. You will work towards maximizing revenue by providing positive and aggressive leadership, recommending booking goals, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of direct reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on sales and financial data, ensuring exceptional customer service, and building successful relationships with key stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be expected to manage and conduct human resource activities such as interviewing and hiring management and hourly employees, as well as utilizing available on-the-job training tools for employees.
