Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team as a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping at Fortune Park Dahej. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services to ensure high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inventory, and guest feedback.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
