Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a GSA Housekeeping / F&B Service / Front Office in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping, food and beverage service, or front office operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Coordinate with the food and beverage team to prepare and serve excellent cuisine and beverages.
Handle front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Train and mentor new employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping, food and beverage service, or front office operations.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and guests.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
