Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Guest Service Associate to join our team in the Food & Beverage department at Taj Wellington. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge to make recommendations to guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail is necessary to maintain accuracy and quality in work.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems are preferred.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization are essential.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
