Guest Service Associate - F&B (Preferably Female)

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues professionally.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest complaints and feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in public areas.
