Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Guest Relation Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
Develop and implement effective guest relation strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guests and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in guest relations or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and its trends.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
