Role & responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for walk-in clients at the Sobha office/site.
Provide detailed information about the project and address all client inquiries.
Assess customer needs on-site and relay relevant information to the STM.
Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Ensure effective communication and support for client requirements throughout the visit.
