Guest Relation Executive

Job description

As a Guest relation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations at the clinic's front desk. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing them with a welcoming and professional experience. Your responsibilities will include managing appointments, handling inquiries, coordinating with other staff members, and maintaining administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:-

· Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude as they arrive at the clinic.

· Manage appointments by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming client visits using the clinic's software system.

· Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.

· Process payments for services rendered, accurately recording transactions and providing receipts to clients.

· Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth flow of appointments and address any client concerns or special requests.

· Assist in maintaining inventory of clinic supplies and restocking as needed.

· Adhere to Pachouli’s policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines and safety protocols.

· Handle administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, updating client records, and compiling reports as assigned.

· Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to stay informed about clinic procedures and new services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
