Role & Responsibilities :

• Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients

during their visits, ensuring a welcoming and professional

experience.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to prepare for

client visits, including arranging meeting rooms, coordinating

schedules, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.

  • Hospitality Services: Oversee hospitality services such as catering,

transportation, and accommodation arrangements for clients.

  • Facility Management: Ensure that the facility is clean, well

maintained, and equipped to meet client needs.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients post-visit to

identify areas for improvement and enhance future client

experiences.

  • Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns that arise

during client visits promptly and effectively.

  • Documentation: Maintain records of client visits, including details of

interactions, feedback, and any follow-up actions required.
