Job Description

As a Front Office Executive in our esteemed resort, your role involves ensuring luxury guest service experiences throughout their stay. You are expected to provide exceptional arrival experiences for guests according to the resorts brand standards. Your responsibilities include coordinating luggage collection, overseeing check-in and check-out procedures, and promptly addressing guest requests such as minibar consumption and in-room dining. It is essential to actively listen to and resolve guest complaints, ensuring personalized service for special guests like differently-abled individuals, elderly, children, and VIPs. Additionally, you will be responsible for informing guests about resort facilities, liaising with Housekeeping and F&B staff to ensure a comfortable guest experience, and maintaining a system for efficient repeat guest history. Your role also involves attending to special guest requests, handling guest complaints, and referring them as necessary. You will review arrival lists to welcome guests personally, liaise with other departments for excellent service delivery, and anticipate guest needs to build rapport effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide luxury guest service experiences throughout their stay - Ensure exceptional arrival experiences for guests as per brand standards - Monitor daily bookings and prepare assigned rooms before check-in - Coordinate luggage collection and storage - Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions - Promptly address guests requests and resolve complaints - Inform guests about resort facilities and promote services - Liaise with Housekeeping and F&B staff for a comfortable guest experience - Review arrival lists, welcome guests personally, and greet all guests - Anticipate guest needs, build rapport, and offer assistance with tasks - Achieve a score of 90% in RENARD audit for Front Office operations Qualifications Required: - Pride in the workplace with a high level of commitment towards achieving organizational objectives - In-depth knowledge of the product and competitors - Effective communication skills for shift handover and interactions with guests and colleagues - Ability to foster good rapport, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way communication - Proactive attitude towards ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and personalized service We look forward to welcoming a dedicated individual like yourself to our team, where you can contribute to providing memorable experiences for our guests.,
