Key Responsibilities: Guest Reception and Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests. Guest Relations: Foster positive relationships with guests by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Reservation Management: Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date booking records. Communication and Coordination: Liaise with various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest requests and needs are met promptly. Cash Handling and Reporting: Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily financial reports. Maintaining Records: Keep comprehensive records of guest interactions, bookings, and financial transactions. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A friendly, approachable personality with a professional demeanor. Ability to work in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments.
