We are Skylar Seaview Beach Resort at Varkala, with 40 rooms, Ayurveda centre, Restaurant, Swimming pool, Banquet Hall etc. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities and management of our resort operations. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight Staff Supervision Guest Satisfaction Financial Management Vendor Management Compliance Event Management Continuous Improvement Team Development Qualification: Proven experience (5+ years) in resort management or similar role within the hospitality industry.
