Guest Relation Executive

Skylar Seaview Beach Resort is seeking a dynamic and personable Guest Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent communication with guests and addressing their needs efficiently. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the overall guest experience at our resort. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Provide information about the resort, nearby attractions, restaurants, and activities. Coordinate with different departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to address guest needs. Ensure guest feedback is gathered and analyzed to improve services. Maintain a guest history database to personalize guest experiences for repeat visitors. Offer assistance with booking excursions, transportation, and other guest activities. Help in arranging special services like birthdays, anniversaries, or other occasions. Ensure guests are informed of resort amenities and services to enhance their stay. Follow up with guests during and after their stay to ensure satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience as a Guest Relationship Executive or in a similar customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A friendly and positive attitude with a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. Qualifications: A degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred). Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
