Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and personable Front Office Executive to join our Resort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception and Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
• Guest Relations: Foster positive relationships with guests by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Reservation Management: Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date booking records.
• Communication and Coordination: Liaise with various departments (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure guest requests and needs are met promptly.
• Cash Handling and Reporting: Manage cash transactions, maintain accurate records, and prepare daily financial reports.
• Maintaining Records: Keep comprehensive records of guest interactions, bookings, and financial transactions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A friendly, approachable personality with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a team and coordinate effectively with other departments.
