About The Team

The GTM Strategy & Growth team drives the expansion of our B2B business across enterprise and self-serve channels. You will work closely with Founders, Sales, Success, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product introductions, scale adoption in existing markets, and unlock new monetisation opportunities. 


About the Role

UnleashX is building the full-stack voice AI workforce and we’re looking for an exceptional strategist to join our GTM Strategy & Growth team, focused on shaping and executing B2B go-to-market and can turn our solutions into scalable commercial engines. This role is ideal for someone who can both craft high-level strategies and translate them into execution, bringing new products to life through tailored launch plans, commercial strategies, and bespoke pilots that accelerate adoption and revenue.


You’ll lead initiatives spanning market research, customer segmentation, positioning, and commercialisation strategy, holding a clear point of view on what drives our B2B business holistically.

In This Role, You Will

  • Conduct market and competitive research to define target segments, identify whitespace opportunities, and shape differentiated value propositions.
  • Shape product launch strategy and track success metrics for product launches and GTM initiatives, running experiments to validate hypotheses and refine strategies.
  • Partner with Sales and Success to design and operationalise early customer pilots and deployment strategies.
  • Design and execute commercialisation strategies for new products, verticals, and market expansions.
  • Craft commercial playbooks for new products to enable adoption across different customer profiles and verticals. Evaluate the financial impact of new GTM strategies and launch plans.

  • Drive influencer and creator partnerships as part of the paid and organic growth mix.
  • Managing full-funnel performance metrics, from CPM/CPC to LTV/CAC, and identifying new opportunities for efficiency and scale.


You Might Thrive In This Role If You

  • Have 3+ years of experience in GTM strategy, pricing, business operations, or product strategy, ideally within tech, finance, or consulting.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI/automation concepts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have strong experience with B2B SaaS GTM motions and understand how to scale enterprise and mid-market sales.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional GTM initiatives across Sales, Product, & Operations in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Are comfortable with the ambiguity of early-stage or scaling organisations, particularly for complex or technical products.
  • Are highly organised and adaptable, able to prioritise across a dynamic portfolio of pricing projects while adjusting quickly as business needs evolve.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with measurement and funnel optimisations
