Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a GSA Front Office / Housekeeping professional at The Vijayran Palace. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Coordinate housekeeping services to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules for all areas of the hotel.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records of hotel transactions and reports.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
