The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming calls from prospective guests, assisting with room reservations, and providing information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from guests and potential customers regarding room availability, rates, and reservations. Assist guests with booking, modifying, or canceling room reservations. Provide detailed information about the hotel, including amenities, services, dining options, and local attractions. Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Accurately input reservation details into the booking system. Confirm and follow up on reservations via email or phone as needed. Ensure guest satisfaction by offering personalized service and resolving issues or complaints effectively. Perform other customer service-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus. Previous experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, Tamil. Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Familiarity with hotel reservation software (PMS) is an advantage. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
