Job Description

Experience:

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard B2C partners (DSAs, fintechs, marketplaces) for lead-gen.
  • Manage CPL/CPA models with full ROI ownership.
  • Enable embedded finance via APIs/co-branded journeys.
  • Improve lead funnel (quality, conversion, disbursal).
  • Track performance, build CAC/LTV reports.
  • Ensure compliance with lending norms.
  • Support strategic integrations with leadership.

What You Bring

  • Experience in CPL/CPA B2C partnerships (loans/credit).
  • Funnel and API understanding.
  • Strong cross-team coordination and execution focus.
  • Data comfort (Excel, CRM; SQL is a plus).
Good to have
  • Lending API or embedded journey experience.
  • Tools: LeadSquared, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.
  • Past exposure to top platforms (Paytm, Zomato, PaisaBazaar, etc.)

Preferred candidate from the same industry.
