Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Advisor located in Noida. The Loan Advisor will be responsible for assessing loan applications, assisting clients with tailored financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. The role includes evaluating creditworthiness, preparing loan documentation, and providing exceptional customer service to MSME clients. The Loan Advisor will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal financial solutions. Qualifications Experience in loan assessment, credit evaluation, and financial analysis Knowledge of MSME financing and customized financial solutions Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools Understanding of responsible lending practices and regulatory compliance Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Prior experience in the financial sector is a plus Show more Show less
