Loan Advisor

Job Title: Loan Advisor (Sales Profile)Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Loan Advisor with strong sales skills. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales or financial services, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to guide customers through loan products. This role combines sales, customer consultation, and documentation handling, requiring proficiency in MS Excel and Word and a basic understanding of financial concepts. Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Acquisition:Identify potential customers and actively promote loan products (personal, business, home, etc.). Use sales techniques to explain product benefits and convert leads into successful applications. Follow up on warm leads, referrals, and inquiries to maximize conversions. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. Loan Advisory & Consultation:Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan options. Provide clear explanations of interest rates, eligibility criteria, repayment options, and documentation requirements. Conduct basic financial assessments to evaluate customer eligibility. Assist customers with form filling, documentation, and application submission. Documentation & Coordination:Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain customer files. Check documents for completeness and comply with company policies. Coordinate with underwriting, credit, and verification teams for smooth loan processing. Update CRM or internal systems with customer interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year experience in sales, loan advisory, telesales, or financial services. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-convincing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Basic understanding of financial terms and loan processes. Good documentation and organizational skills. Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines. Customer-focused, confident, and self-motivated. Preferred Qualifications (Optional):Experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, or loan sales. Familiarity with CRM tools or loan management software. Multi-language fluency.
