In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan and financial products, and converting prospects into customers through outbound and inbound calls. You must be confident, target-driven, and able to clearly communicate financial solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote loan and financial products (personal loans, business loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.). Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and incoming calls. Assess customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions. Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, interest rates, and benefits clearly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6 months to 5 years of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in financial services). Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to understand and explain financial products. Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM tools. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and customer-centric mindset. Preferred Qualifications (Optional):Experience selling loan products, credit cards, insurance, or banking services. Knowledge of financial compliance and documentation processes.
