Credit Appraisal & Underwriting: o Assess and analyze working capital finance proposals for SME/MSME clients. o Conduct detailed financial analysis including balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow, and ratios. o Perform risk assessment and mitigation analysis across industries and client profiles. o Prepare and present credit appraisal memos (CAM) for sanctioning authorities. 2. Due Diligence & Verification: o Conduct background checks and site visits as part of due diligence. o Coordinate with legal, technical, and valuation teams for report assessments. o Ensure KYC, AML, and compliance checks are completed. 3. Policy & Documentation: o Ensure adherence to credit policies and approval matrix. o Assist in periodic review and update of credit policies related to working capital. o Review and verify legal and security documents before disbursement. 4. Portfolio Management: o Monitor the performance of sanctioned limits. o Track early warning signals and support collections or remedial actions if needed. o Engage in periodic portfolio reviews to identify risk patterns or NPAs. 5. Coordination & Stakeholder Management: o Liaise with business, operations, legal, and risk teams. o Communicate decisions and feedback clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical and financial skills Good understanding of working capital products (CC/OD, Bill Discounting, etc.) Knowledge of credit underwriting standards and regulatory guidelines Effective communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce/MBA (Finance). 2–5 years of experience in credit underwriting, preferably in SME/MSME segment Prefer candidate, NBFC or cooperate DSA’s experience is consider only.
