Role Overview: Growth & Revenue Architect

You will create the full GTM and outreach engine, generate leads, run product demos, close deals, and guide SDRs and BDRs to peak performance.

What You Will Own

1. Build the GTM & Sales Engine

  • Design and implement outbound systems, workflows, cadences, and messaging
  • Set up CRM, enrichment tools, sequencing tools, and lead attribution
  • Create ICPs, persona definitions, outbound scripts, and conversion funnels
  • Establish a predictable and scalable pipeline engine


2. Lead Generation & Outreach Excellence

  • Build and execute targeted outbound campaigns
  • Write high-impact messaging and multi-step sequences
  • Use modern GTM tools, automation, and research to increase conversions
  • Own weekly and monthly pipeline targets


3. Run High-Impact Product Demos

  • Deliver story-driven demos that convert
  • Understand Tymeline deeply and map capabilities to business outcomes
  • Present to founders, operations leaders, engineering leaders, finance heads, and cross-functional teams
  • Set a new standard of demo excellence inside the company


4. Close Deals with Precision

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end
  • Qualify, nurture, negotiate, and close deals independently
  • Improve demo-to-close ratios and shorten sales cycles
  • Maintain meticulous documentation and forecasting


5. Guide & Elevate SDR/BDR Performance

  • Mentor, coach, and upskill SDRs and junior sales talent
  • Set outreach quality standards and call/email frameworks
  • Review sequences, messaging, targeting, and conversions
  • Build an SDR system that consistently produces qualified meetings


6. GTM Strategy, Tools & Optimization

  • Implement cutting-edge GTM tools and AI-driven automation
  • Build dashboards, reports, and metrics for pipeline health
  • Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and funnel performance
  • Bring structured market feedback to product and leadership


Required Qualifications

Mandatory

  • 5–10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience

  • Proven, verifiable accomplishments

    in building pipeline and closing deals
  • Startup experience is mandatory

    (early stage preferred)
  • Strong experience running demos and selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers
  • Comfortable handling SDRs/BDRs and improving their performance
  • Deep knowledge of modern GTM stack: HubSpot/Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clay, Instantly, Sales Navigator, Loom, etc.
  • High proficiency in outbound messaging, copywriting, and narrative positioning
  • Self-driven, disciplined, fast-learning, and extremely accountable
