About the Role

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Decision Enablement
- Act as a strategic partner to the founder on product, GTM, people, finance, and operations.
- Conduct deep research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to support high-stakes decisions.
- Prepare strategic briefs, investor materials, board updates, and leadership memos.
2. Business & Operational Ownership
- Convert founder priorities into structured plans and oversee execution end-to-end.
- Lead internal operating cadence, cross-functional OKRs, and project management workflows.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes and systems.
3. Special Projects (Zero-to-One Initiatives)
- Own critical initiatives such as new product modules, pricing design, enterprise onboarding, partner integrations, and process overhauls.
- Step in to temporarily lead functions (GTM, Ops, Research) where additional firepower is required.
- Evaluate and deploy tools, frameworks, and AI-driven automations that accelerate execution.
4. Founder Leverage & Communication
- Manage follow-ups, meeting notes, strategic communication, and action tracking.
- Draft internal and external communications, including executive narratives, product updates, and partnership pitches.
- Ensure crisp information flow between the founder, leadership team, investors, and the broader company.
5. Metrics, Reporting & Insight Generation
- Build and maintain analytical dashboards across product, sales, finance, and team performance.
- Convert raw data into insights, recommendations, and forward-looking forecasts.
- Drive alignment through data-driven decision frameworks.

Ideal Candidate ProfileEssential Requirements
- 37 years of experience in consulting, venture-backed startups, business operations, strategy, product, or founder's office roles.
- Strong first-principles thinking and an ability to solve ambiguous problems independently.
- Exceptional communicationwritten, verbal, and executive-ready.
- Strong analytical skills; comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to own zero-to-one initiatives and drive them to completion.
- High ownership, high velocity, and high accountability mindset.
