🌟 Role Overview

Join Maayo’s founding growth team as a Growth Manager Intern! This internship provides hands-on experience driving user acquisition, engagement, and platform growth for a leading freelance marketplace. You’ll work directly with founders and gain skills in digital marketing, analytics, product management, and online community building.

📋 Key Responsibilities

- Execute user acquisition campaigns: SEO, social media, content marketing, email outreach

- Analyze data to track traffic, sign-ups, and engagement; recommend funnel improvements

- Run A/B tests and growth experiments for activation and retention

- Build and manage referral programs to incentivize users and clients

- Support onboarding of new users (freelancers and clients), optimize activation flow

- Collaborate with customer support, marketing, and tech on new features and adoption strategies

- Research competitor platforms and prepare growth strategy presentations

- Engage with users on forums, social, and direct feedback channels

🚀 Skills & Qualifications

- Passion for entrepreneurship, digital platforms, and online marketing

- Strong written and verbal communication (English/Hindi preferred)

- Data-driven thinker; comfortable with Google Analytics, spreadsheet tools, or similar

- Active on social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)

- Self-motivated, eager to learn, ready to take initiative
