Growth Marketing Manager

About the Role

ReLiva Physiotherapy & Rehab, India’s leading physiotherapy chain with 60+ centers and hospital partners across the country, is looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager. This role will own marketing initiatives, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion campaigns, CRM Management and ensure marketing translates into measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for lead generation, lead management and conversion (Practo, JD, Google, Meta, Hospital partners etc)
• Run ROI-driven performance campaigns / lead generation (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
• Build CRM-based lead nurturing journeys (WhatsApp, email, SMS) and maintain CRM (Zoho/ Cratio/ others) effectively
• Manage enquiry/appointment team and Coordinate with regional teams to boost conversions.
• Drive marketing initiatives among patients and caregivers for different verticals.
• Track CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Be able to make quick campaign creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Suggest and support SEO, website content, and digital presence.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate / MBA with 3–5 years of experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Proven expertise in lead generation, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager and CRM platforms (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Basic SEO knowledge and ability to brief/manage content.
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• digital/performance marketing: 3 years (Required)
• directly running Google Ads / Meta Ads for lead-generation: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• experience using CRM tool (Zoho/ HubSpot/ other) (Required)
