The Role


As Growth Marketing Manager, you won’t just run ads — you’ll lead growth strategy. You’ll take full ownership of V4 COMPANY’s paid media efforts across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and beyond.

What You’ll Do


Design and own paid acquisition strategies across key channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic, TikTok, and more)


Manage high-impact budgets (€50K+/month per channel) with sharp focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV


Collaborate across teams: brand, e-commerce, product, and creative — aligning paid growth with broader business goals


Establish experimentation frameworks: test, learn, optimize, repeat


Translate data into action: influence leadership decisions with insight, not just reports


Lead international scaling efforts, starting with EMEA and South Asia


Who You Are


5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in e-commerce, DTC, or fashion


Hands-on experience owning and managing accounts on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads


Proven track record managing large, complex budgets and delivering sustained growth


Equal parts strategist and executor — able to zoom out to the roadmap, then dive in on the details


Fluent in data-driven marketing, but never afraid to test bold creative ideas


Familiarity with tools like GA4, GTM, Looker Studio is expected


English fluency required; additional languages welcome
